Curl for a Cure The seventh annual Curl for a Cure is scheduled for Friday-Saturday November 12-13, 2010. Proceeds will go to breast cancer (Pink Ribbon Angels) and prostate cancer and possibly to Portage area children with cancer. Curlers of all ages and abilities are welcome, including beginners. This year's Curl for a Cure will be a full 4-event bonspiel with 3 games guaranteed. Games will be 4 ends each, 24 teams. The event will again feature a raffle and a silent auction with special items to bid on. The entry fee is $35 per curler (non-tax deductible) food and refreshments on both days, concluding with the dinner banquet. |
